APPLICATION & DESIGN EXAMPLE -
VERTICAL MAST
A duplex mast arrangement using combined roller bearings and standard channels for both stages. The diagram shows a duplex mast, but the arrangement is equally suitable for simplex and triplex masts.
The combined roller bearing's integral axial roller removes the need for a separate side thrust bearing making the design and set up easier.
Forks can be added to make a forklift truck or a platform to make a goods lift.
The combined roller bearings can be pre-welded to a mounting plate if required. This enables them to be bolted into place making installation and replacement quicker.
