combined roller bearings telescopic lift

An overhead telescopic lift using combined roller bearings and standard channels for both stages. The diagram shows two stages but more stages could be added. For some applications it may be beneficial to use 4 rails per stage.

This application examples uses forks to lift the load but other attachments such as jib hook or spreader could also be used.

The combined roller bearings are shown pre-welded to a mounting plate. This enables them to be bolted into place making installation and replacement quicker. If space is limited, the bearings can be welded directly to the structure.
