Pot rollers are similar in size to the Cup rollers but they are made from solid steel and consequently have a higher load capacity. The flanged lid is also made from solid steel (except on the smallest size) and therefore they are more resistant to damage that might be caused by the load moving over the units. The larger units (22mm ball upwards) are equipped with a felt seal. In addition all sizes have a drainage hole in the bottom through which minor debris can escape. Additional lubrication via this point is also possible. For use in corrosive environments the ball units are available in stainless steel (part number TR00-5..) and in stainless steel with a plastic ball (part number TR01-5..). * maximum temperature is 60ºC for plastic balls |
