TRACK GUIDANCE SYSTEM - RAILS / GUIDEWAYS

track guidance rail linear motion

The track guidance rail is a combination of an anodised aluminium extrusion together with a linear bearing shaft. This arrangement provides a high precision system that is light yet robust. The shaft can be either steel or stainless steel (for a corrosion resistant system).

The spacing of the bolts should not exceed dimension t and if the carriage is over 70% loaded, this spacing should be reduced to t/2.

... in the part number represents the length in mm

Standard lengths are available up to 6000mm but longer lengths can be manufactured on request.

For tracks with stainless steel shafts, the part number becomes R..- or R..B- (through bolt type).

INSTALLATION: advice here

COVER STRIPS:

The wall thickness of the strip is 1mm. It simply snaps into place and fits both designs of rail.

If the Guideway is mounted using the T slots and the cover strip is fitted, the strip can be used as a channel for cables, airlines etc.

The part number is Axx-... where xx is the size of the rail and ... is the length.
